CiLT Comenius Netword offers support to language teachers who work with adult learners. Although the Comenius Netword Centre is based in the East Midlands its work takes place throughout England. Netword forum events and training days form the basis of Netword activity and the manager, Pauline Swanton, is happy to discuss training requirements and to respond to general queries about adult language teaching and learning via email netword@comeniusem.org.uk
The Netword Collection of resources for Adult Education is now housed with in the resources at Comenius East Midlands. Visitors are most welcome to review the resources (please see home page for details of opening hours and directions).
The CiLT Comenius Netword East Midlands programme
Saturday 21st June 10.00 - 13.00 at Comenius East Midlands, Quorn.
The forum welcomes teachers of languages to adults - working for themselves, for further education, local authority, voluntary organisations or external language programmes in higher education. Forum meetings provide an opportunity for teachers to share good ideas for classroom practice as well as to catch up on news and views about adult and language education.
